MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Andi! Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, I moved to Los Angeles at a young age and later earned my bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. While studying literature, I became a personal trainer—an unexpected but life-changing path.
My fitness journey wasn’t always linear. As a kid, I loved sports, but chronic knee pain at 12 led me to avoid fitness altogether. Years later, a tough breakup and low confidence pushed me into the gym in pursuit of a "revenge body." What started as a superficial goal slowly turned into something much deeper. As I built strength, my focus shifted from how I looked to what my body could do. My knee pain disappeared, my passion for movement returned (I’m now an avid rock climber!), and I became stronger than ever.
Now, my mission is to help independent career women build strength and confidence through sustainable fitness and nutrition. With a science-backed approach rooted in passion and consistency, you can develop lifelong habits that fit your busy life—without the overwhelm.
As a NASM-certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition-certified nutritionist, I’ve worked with high-achieving professionals, from lawyers and realtors to models and TV personalities. If you're ready to make fitness a natural part of your lifestyle, let’s build your Revival Body together!
