MEET THE FOUNDER
Hello! I'm Andi. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I moved to Los Angeles at a young age. I earned my bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and became a personal trainer while studying for my literature degree.
As a child, I was an avid sports enthusiast, but my journey away from a healthy lifestyle began with chronic knee pain at just 12 years old. Like many others, I chose avoidance, convincing myself that sports and fitness just weren’t meant for me or my body. Ironically, what first drew me to the gym wasn’t a desire to address my knee pain—it was the pursuit of a "revenge body" after a tough breakup.
What started as a superficial goal evolved into something much deeper. As I focused on building strength, I found myself caring less about how I looked and more about what my body could do. My knee pain disappeared, my passion for sports reignited (I’m now an avid rock climber!), and today, I’m stronger and healthier than ever before.
My mission is to empower independent career women to prioritize their strength and discover the confidence and peace it brings. Through a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition—rooted in consistency—you can achieve the balance and resilience to thrive in your busy life and discover your Revival Body!
I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition-certified nutritionist, with experience working with successful and busy professionals such as lawyers, realtors, models, TV personalities and entrepreneurs.
